The first issue of TV21 & Joe90 has the date 13th September, 1969, below the title, but was also released with that date blacked out and the date 27th September, 1969 printed underneath the original date.
Issue #2 has the date 4th October, 1969 at the top of the header, with a blacked out date of 20th September, 1969 below the title. I don't know if this comic was released with the date 20th September, 1969.
Issue #3 has the date 11th October, 1969 at the top of the header, with a blacked out date of 27th September, 1969 below the title. I don't know if this comic was released with the date 27th September, 1969.
